A major global biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and delivering advanced therapies for chronic diseases was introducing a new AI and digital transformation initiative within the organization.
The initiative brought together frameworks, processes, timelines and a lot of information that all had to coexist without making the presentation feel overwhelming. The solution started by giving the initiative an identity of its own, then translating that identity into a PowerPoint template and presentation system. Typography, colour, photography, graphic devices and modular layouts were considered as a toolkit rather than a collection of individual slide treatments, making it possible to create everything from high-level frameworks to information-heavy processes while keeping the story easy to navigate.
